Klaus-Martin Treder
The artist Klaus-Martin Treder analyses painting as an ‘object’ as well as on the basis of a clearly haptic, theoretical and substantial approach. In order to do that he uses a methodology that manifests itself in the three types of work: painting, object and poster.
He started his poster series, now comprising 27 works, in 2001. In 2013 it was acquired by the Kunstbibliothek, Staatliche Museen zu Berlin.
Our studio designed the typografic elements of the following posters: poster #27, Trauerrand, 2015; poster #18, Hunting Antelopes at Night, 2011; poster #15, Schamhaar, 2010; poster #14, Grillfleisch (Barbecue), 2010; poster #12, Violetta, 2010.
